Very Exciting News!
George has proposed to me.
I suppose we pretty much always knew that we were meant for each other. However, today after the baseball game the two of us went back to the general store. This was where we first made the realization that we were meant for each other, a few years ago.
He bought me a strawberry ice cream soda, just like the other time, and said to me, “Emily, will you stay with me forever and ever? Will you be my bride?”
Tears came to my eyes.

Today, I attended George’s baseball game! It was a wonderful social event, and the game was very enjoyable. George struck two home runs! Why, I have never been to a more exciting game. Now, I am going to take a bath and a nap. Goodnight!

Life
Life is an interesting thing. It goes by, day after day, and we just kind of take it for granted. It’s another day, whatever, family, whatever, chores, whatever, school, whatever, friends, whatever, and then poof. You’re gone. As if it never even happen. It’s crazy. And then you look back at everything that’s happened and how you just let life pass you by. You wish you could go back and savor every moment you had, but you can’t. It’s too late. Life is an interesting thing.
